The Honour Roll

Having been to The Honour Roll a countless number of times because of it's convenient location for UBC students, the quality of the food is relatively consistent.

For those of you who are new to UBC, the Honour Roll is a "drive-thru" style fast-food eatery where the various foods are ready for you to just grab and pay. Today, I had one of my favourites at the Honour Roll.

Chopped Scallop Roll $3.95     4/5

 +
  • fresh ingredients
  • yellow spicy sauce provides just the right level of spiciness
-
  • scallops occasionally have a "fishy" sort of taste which I do not really like, however , the application of the spicy sauce usually covers the "raw" taste of the scallops

Spicy Tuna Roll $3.00     3/5

+
  • just tasted average
-
  • tuna did not taste very fresh
  • not spicy contrary to name of the roll
  • the sauce obscured any taste of the tuna

Overall:

The Honour Roll serves decent food at a affordable price for students looking to grab a lunch at school.
